I purchased a high end Smartstrand “Organic and natural Luxury” ( textured) in October 2013. It appeared splotchy, crushed, pretty Ugly and has no resilience. Owing to Mohawk’s sixty day purchaser satisfaction assurance I exchanged it in December 2013 to “Prestigious Manner” , a frieze design and style which i was told hides footprints.I
